Kingmoor Park, a former RAF Maintenance Unit is an 88 Ha site identified in the Northwest Regional Economic Strategy as a strategic site. Development of Kingmoor Park will support the regeneration of Cumbria by attracting inward investment and providing space for indigenous industries to grow.

This flagship development currently houses over 150 companies employing over 1000 people and is projected to accommodate over 5000 employees over the next 10 years of development.
