If your enquiry comes to us via the Directgov interactive television service (DiTV), we will protect your information as if it was received by us as an enquiry through the form on the Website (as described above). A copy of your enquiry will also be kept by Directgov and used by them to ensure quality of their service and for statistical and audit purposes.
